1. Overview
Hoolifit Ltd complies fully with:

We stand behind the quality of the products we distribute.
2. 7-Day Cooling-Off (Online Purchases Only)
In terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act:
You may cancel an online order within 7 (seven) days of receiving the goods.
Conditions:

Product must be unused.

Product must be in original condition and packaging.

All accessories and documentation must be included.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A reasonable handling fee may be deducted where permitted by law.
Refunds are processed after inspection and confirmation of compliance with return conditions.
3. Used or Carried Defensive Tools
For safety and hygiene reasons:

Products that show signs of use, carry, sharpening, modification, or wear are not eligible for return under cooling-off provisions.

Once a defensive tool has been carried or used, it may only be returned if defective under CPA provisions.
This protects all customers and maintains product integrity.
4. Defective Products (CPA Section 56)
Under the Consumer Protection Act, all goods carry an implied warranty of quality.
If a product is defective within 6 (six) months of delivery, you may choose:

Repair

Replacement
-
Refund
Subject to inspection and confirmation of defect.
If repaired and the same defect reoccurs within 3 months, you may request replacement or refund.
5. Manufacturer Limited Warranty (12 Months)
Shivworks products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship resulting in breakage during normal intended use for 12 (twelve) months from date of purchase.
This does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
-
Cosmetic wear
-
Improper use
-
Misuse or unlawful use

Alteration or modification
-
Damage caused by negligence
Proof of purchase is required.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable unless defective:

Products modified after purchase
-
Sharpened or altered blades
-
Clearance items marked final sale

Custom or special-order items
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable period after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to confirmed defect.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
To the extent permitted by law, Hoolifit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from lawful product use.
